Meet new maps, fresh data, which will now be automatically updated every month!
As well as a new kind of 2D maps:
– More objects became visible, such as hotels, gas stations, car services, parks, etc.
- The appearance of the maps has become simpler and not distracting.
Changed 3D maps:
– Added display of bridges and tunnels.
– Updated the appearance of the tram / railway tracks.
– Fixed visualization of buildings when some of them might not be displayed.

Improved navigation:
— The route now follows the roads tight: no more deviations, or bouncing in between.
— As you drive faster, the route view expands — so that you see what’s ahead up until the horizon
— The pointer and the buildings are 3D now — this helps when maneuvering in congested areas
Friendlier HUD:
— Reworked the screen you see when you finish — its reflection is neat and no longer blinding.
— For those new to the app, we’ve added a simple guide explaining how to use it as a heads-up display.
And a couple more things made better:
— Increasing the voice assistant volume as you start the route won’t be annoying any more — and won’t require you to tap it.
— The app got a new icon, and all the pointers now look more consistent.

— The viewing angle of the 3D route will zoom in and out depending on your speed to give you a better tailored perspective. And for you to quickly recognize this scale, we've drawn the horizon ahead.
— We've worked yet a bit more to group the speed cams, traffic lights, and road signs so that you get a clearer, less cluttered view of the route
— The tram lines now look finer and less prominent — again, to keep the view clear but informative.
— When you're at the start of your route, you'll see a flat map — this way, it's easier to decide where you should be heading to. When you start moving in the right direction, it will switch to the 3D route view
— You can now select a period to display your trip data summary for. And the whole profile section got a bit of makeover — nothing really serious, just a few things rummaged to simplify browsing and editing it.
—— The CarPlay app pointer now positions you correctly. And if it's not, please report it to us right from the app.

— Whenever you start your trip or finish it, the 3D map view will now flatten to a 2D one, so that you can quickly understand the surroundings and where you should be heading to to get onto the route.
— We’ve revisited how the route and the surroundings are displayed as you drive: more of the surroundings are now visible and the visibility area now smoothly adapts depending on your speed. We hope this will create a more intuitive, immersive experience.
— You can now adjust the visibility and the point of 3D view by tapping and moving the view itself
— Stop signs, traffic lights and speed cam pins are now grouped ahead until you approach them
— The app will now alert you if it loses your location, or internet connection drops, or your phone battery is low.
— And we also fixed a couple of annoying bugs, like that of the app crash when disconnected from CarPlay, or that of the visible area bouncing randomly during the trip.
